Because you clicked on the salvation button I'd like to introduce you to salvation through Jesus Christ. 

Having eternal life through Jesus Christ is a profound yet simple thing.  The Bible plainly states that salvation is through Him and Him alone and of nothing that we do ourselves.  The apostle Paul wrote in Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast."  Turning from your sin is part of the faith that God gives you. 

In the Book of Acts chapter 4 verses 10-12 the apostle Peter makes it clear that there is salvation in no one other than Jesus Christ.  And Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life.  No one comes to the Father except by Me." 

In a couple of sentences you can be assured of eternal life when you turn from your sins believing (trusting) that Christ died for you becoming your sacrifice on the cross.  And also believing that He was buried and was resurrected from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). 

"If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved."    Romans 10:9
